I’ll teach you a few entries and exits for this trick. Having a solid Gemini before working on this move is recommended. Don’t confuse this trick with the Thigh rest/Jamilla; they’re not the same because of the placement of the top leg. For this trick, the Side V, the leg is trapped between the pole and your top arm. In the Thigh rest, it’s behind the top arm.
