For today warm up with the Performance ready warm up before moving on to the tricks listed.
Caterpillar 4 tries, per side. It’s ok if you don’t feel comfortable doing Caterpillar on both sides. However, I do want you to try it once on each side. Then work on the side that feels most secure if you like.

Genie 4 tries, per side.
Intermediate 7 1-2 times, both sides
Intermediate 8 1-2 times, both sides

My day 4 was my rest day so today is day 5 is my day 4 lol loved it and I actually surprised myself and did caterpillar pose ππ and genie but didn’t let go of two hands just 1 loving the intermediate 7,8,9 , an forgot how good flow motion feels xx after doing all of the intermediate level 3 I might do the 30 day caterpillar program xx soo happy I did it for a few seconds π₯°πβ€οΈ
