Intermediate Level 1: Day 7
Duration:Β 00:47:27
Today you’ll practice side climbing and you’ll give the attitude spin another go.
Pro tip: You’ll be using your shins heavily in this lesson so I highly suggest some after care to prevent excessive bruising. If you’re susceptible to bruising use sticky leggings for this lesson. Below is a list of options to try:
- Ice the affected area for 5-15 minutes
- Use a topical like Arnica, CBD or THC cream (if it’s legal for you)
- Use sticky leggings if you bruise easily
- Eat a diet high in vitamin K, C and Zinc
- Omega-3 fatty acids (found in fish, walnuts, flaxseeds)
- Vitamin D (from sunlight)
- Berries
I had never seen an attitude climb before!!! Excited to try it out tomorrow, tho it looks hard! Lol
I started with some conditioning for the first 15 mins.
Basic Side climb was easy. It was more challenging When I did it with my shins. Definitely need to practice that one more.
By the time I got to the attitude climb with side climb I was too exhausted to the side climb with it π
The attitude spin is always fun to do but didnβt bother with doing it backwards.
Overall Iβm very pleased with my workout ππ
Itβs a lot of climbing for sure!
Day 7 done β

Oh my goodness, this was a challenge! I was able to do side climbs with little trouble, but my shins did not appreciate the performance climb. I was only able to pull myself up once one one side, lol. And that’s ok, just tells me I need some more conditioning. Attitude spin is pretty fun–I’d really only been doing ankle attitude until now. And the point is fun with some fitness thrown in. π
