Today is a full rest day, but I do have some lovely muscle release (massage) tutorials if you’d like to treat yourself and learn more about the muscles.
Pro tip: Watching yourself in a mirror or in video playback is extremely helpful when training. Not only can you look back and compare your P.O.C.s (points of contact) and more, you’ll have video you can share with me via the “Ask Veena about this Tutorial” button.
