Today you’ll work with a new class which is about an hour long and it will bring the dance aspect of pole to life!
Pro tip: The drills in the first half of the class can be done daily and this class can be used as a warm up before practice, after practice or anytime! Also remember you can take notes using the My notes feature anytime while watching!
Remember it’s normal and ok to feel uncomfortable, frustrated and lost when you’re learning how to move your body in new ways. Give yourself time and kindness on this journey of self discovery.
