Today you’ll have an active rest and your task for the day is to follow along with the foot strength routine and watch some pole videos today. Here’s a link to my Youtube playlist filled with tons of full-length pole dance videos to watch.
Pro tip: If you identify with the thoughts of never being good enough or you often come to your pole sessions with an attitude of “I can’t”, “I’ll never” or “it always hurts” I have a podcast for you.
