  1. Hi. I nearly died by doin this but i made it… Question: my body is stiff as a board. I can’t do any thing in lotus sit. My knees are as high as my chest and i cant straighten up my back. I look like an banana and everything hurts like hell in this pilosition, especially my back… Its because its so stiff, i think. Any advice?

  3. Well, you’re not alone. I’m at a point in my pole life where that core routine knocks me out…I’m not exercising often like I use to. Keep at it! We can cone back!!!
