Congratulations! You’ve completed this program! To finish, today you’ll practice two combos and two routines.

Pro tip: I want to end with a theory I hold as to why learning to dance with your pole is so important. The most valuable reason for learning to dance instead of only learning tricks is the longevity factor. By that I mean over the years our interactions with pole dance will change. We all age, and once our body can no longer hold its own weight and tricks fade away, you’ll still have the expression of dance around the pole. It doesn’t have to look like it did before, and I hope that through this program you’ve learned even one arm moving with intention can feel expressive. Even if balance becomes a challenge, your pole can be there as a supporting partner in your expression. Last, did you know that aside from the physical benefits, dancing also provides cognitive support!

Cognitive benefits of dancing:

  • Memory improvement: Learning and remembering choreography strengthens neural pathways, which can improve memory and attention span.
  • Enhanced coordination and focus: Dance requires a high level of focus and improves coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Sharpened cognitive function: Dance can stimulate the brain and is linked to improved executive function, decision-making, and even a reduced risk of dementia as you age.

I hope this program becomes one of your favorites because, for me, flow and movement is life.

  1. Day 30 ❤️❤️❤️
Sad it’s all finished 😔 but looking good I think I’ll post my first video 30 days ago an then day 30’s
    Whoohoo ♥️♥️💪

  2. Finally finished! Only took me 2 1/2 months, lol. This whole program was crazy helpful for me with smoothing things out, learning to transition better . . . now I can freestyle without feeling like I’m flailing (much). 🙂

      1. I’m totally ready. I love static pole. . . I eventually want to learn cool things like tumbles and drops, but that’s a while off. I don’t quite feel ready to get upside down, so more flow is perfect.
