Before using the Flowmotion routine, foam roll for 30 seconds using the related tutorials for a total of 3 sets to get nice and relaxed.
The lower back rolling is really hard — I don’t have the strength yet!
It’s not a big deal if you don’t roll the low back. It’s just something that can feel nice.
