Day 25 Flow

Today you’ll be using Flow drill 2 as the warm up then run through the Sexy routine again. Now that you’re more familiar with the routines try and relax and make the movements your own! I hope you’ve been recording your practice so you can look back and see your progress!

Had heels on for this one , across pole turn and under pole turn are easier,still get dizzy after doing both sides twice , 😜 and the sexy beginner routine is coming together nicely xx
