Today is a rest day and I'd like you to watch, just watch my tips for Ayesha video and take notes if you hear anything that stands out for you. Also if you have access to a foam roller, give the muscle release tutorials I've listed a try!
Pro tip: You can watch any tutorial and actively take notes using the "my notes" feature. Notes are private and may be used for things like tracking sets and reps, ideas, tips, journaling and more!
Allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.
Below is a list of direct links to each related tutorial. Remember you only need to click on these if you'd like more help or information.

I hope you find the program helpful
Thank you for these tips! Just started the Ayesha program. I owe u so much Veena for progressing with my pole practice!
You're very welcome!
great tips ! thank you !
Hey Veena, love the ayesha tips . Thankyou . Just wondering how many reps and sets of the drills you recommend and how often I should be doing these ? Also, do you think it is appropriate to do the Ayesha program at the same time as your 30 day flexi program?
As long as you maintain rest days you can do both programs at once. The flexibility program should be done on the same day as your Ayesha training. I suggest doing the flexibility program after the Ayesha as far as which order to train in a day. The list of sets and reps for the drills in the program are provided in the descriptions of the days for the program. If you don't want to use the program each of the drill exercises (here's the list from day 4) https://www.studioveena.com/tutorial/day-4-ayesha-1167/ has a link and these links will take you directly to each video and I provide set and rep suggestions for each individual exercise in the descriptions.
Thanks so much for your detail reply xx.
