  1. Hey Veena, love the ayesha tips . Thankyou . Just wondering how many reps and sets of the drills you recommend and how often I should be doing these ? Also, do you think it is appropriate to do the Ayesha program at the same time as your 30 day flexi program?

    1. As long as you maintain rest days you can do both programs at once. The flexibility program should be done on the same day as your Ayesha training. I suggest doing the flexibility program after the Ayesha as far as which order to train in a day.

      The list of sets and reps for the drills in the program are provided in the descriptions of the days for the program.
