Today you’ll be doing a little bit of exercise to get the blood moving and then you’ll enjoy some gentle massage and gentle stretching. This is not flexibility training so keep things comfortable and gentle.
Pro tip: I bring my mini foam roller and peanut on every trip, even short ones. I’m a hypermobile human and sitting for long periods of time is killerβmy body hates sitting in one position for too long. To help balance things out once we stop traveling, I do a few hypermobile exercises to strengthen what needs strengthening and then I massage what needs to relax.
