30 Day Flow: Day 17

Today is all about flowing and vibing with your body waves. You’ll start off by learning body waves with a leg wave, hopefully avoiding the stomping horse aesthetic. I’ve included the full tutorials for each of the waves, just in case you need a refresher. If not, you can skip to doing the REPS only. You’ll finish this day by practicing the “Me and You” choreography again.
Pro tip: I want you to do your best to explore how your body movesβit doesn’t have to look like mine. Body waves can be a wonderful release for your spine and also help strengthen your whole core. Also, don’t stress if you’re not yet able to follow the entire choreography. It’s okay to change things here and there to make it your own!

Finished with this lesson. . . only took me two days after a week long break because I was feeling wobbly and sick. I feel like I actually came back stronger. And I really love side leg hook. Simple but so dramatic!

Feeling stronger after having a few days off πͺπͺ
I did all even the easy up in beginner 8 whoop whoop ,
Did 2 on each side of all of them sweating π now though ππ π π yaaay β€οΈ
Yay thatβs awesome. Currently doing my workout and sweating π₯΅ profusely as itβs very humid today lol
