Day 1 Welcome and more Info (FREE)

Spread the word, my How to dance in heel’s program is finally ready! If you have questions about what kind of heels to buy or use, check out the related lessons below the main video.

Related lessons are either a group of helpful tutorials for improving on the trick shown on the main video. Or they’re part of a program like this one, where you’ll click through each one, or you can let them auto play to the next video, to complete the session for each day.

The first 2 weeks are beginner friendly but after that we’ll begin to work on Tracing and Edge work, which requires a good deal of upper body strength. I’ve included a link to represent the style of band you’ll want.


    1. Once you’re past beginner level one, then you could add this program to any other existing program. Just be sure to listen to your body and follow rest days if possible.

        1. If you feel comfortable in heels right away then anytime. But always learn new tricks without heels first. If you’re not comfortable or familiar with heels then after the beginner level 1 program you can do the heels program and go on from there. Does that make sense?
