POLE - ADVANCED: Flexibility is needed for this one, so I've labeled it as Advanced! This one has all kinds of goodness in it, starting with an Extended Butterfly coming into a Standing Split, then moving into a Back Hook that flows into an Invert finished with a Bum Slide to the floor.
