    1. Hmmm, that’s something you should address for sure because it shouldn’t hurt up into the forearm to put pressure on your hands. Sometimes it can just be that things need to pop into place cause they’re slightly out of alignment, but you could also try stretching your forearms and foam rolling them before working on this trick. If that doesn’t help, let me know.
