Congratulations, you made it to the end! Even if you are not ready for a full shoulder mount, that’s okay! Today you’ll start with the Pull-up strength routine, then work on all of the aspects of the Shoulder mount using the REPS I’ve listed.
Pro tip: If you’re unable to perform a Shoulder mount, before you feel too discouraged about your progress, I want you to take a look back at how much you’ve improved since the first day! Remember our mind forgets the good stuff, and loves to hang on to things that upset us. You can repeat this program right away, or move on to another one and come back when you’re ready. Focus on the practice and not the outcome.
