This is a full-body Holiday workout! I wanted to give everyone a quick, no-equipment workout to help keep you feeling good during the busy holiday season. I wasn’t planning on creating a routine, so I didn’t have my microphone, so I apologize if the quality isn’t as good as usual.
Tips to help you get the most out of this workout:
- Track your sets and reps. Don’t worry if you can’t do all of the reps I suggest. Instead, make sure to write down how many you did so you can try to do one or two more next time.
- Suitable for beginners.
- Make sure you’ve been cleared by your health professional before starting any exercise programs.
