Order a pole from a reputable source and you will not be dissappointed. You can use our X-Pole finder on the side of the site or in the shopping link. Generally poles arrive in less than 5 business days. If fast service is an absolute neccessity then call X-Pole directly tell them you need one tomorrow and they'll get you a quote on overnight shipping.

@amy – Your email was on our blacklist, which means whether by accident or on purpose at sometime in the past you clicked the spam button on your gmail account. I have removed you from the blacklist.
@HollySatine – You have a gmail account and sometimes when emails look similiar it will thread them and mark one as already read, look for emails grouped together. The is very likely for sites that send a significant amount of notifications like StudioVeena.

If your only reason for using reader is to keep up with studio veenaits probably overkill. Where rss readers really excel is in bringing all your news together in one place. Almost all news and informational sites have rss feeds so you can just look at one place to get caught up rather than visiting several sites.

To change your email address you'll need to go to your profile and click the Edit Profile link. You just change your address there and then you'll have to respond to the email verification that comes to your inbox.
As to logging in with your username, there is no way to change back to that. Email login is the way I built the system, however most browsers cache form values and typing the first couple letters of your email address in the field should cause your browser to bring up a list of options.

@Daphne77 – Most Android phones can watch the lessons, if yours can't it is not likely to change unless HTC releases an update. Android is a very fragmented operating system and so certain android phones just won't work due to manufacturer additions and changes to the OS.

I am working on functionality right now that will let you unsubscribe from email threads you don't want to follow.

It should be reporting a failed upload. I just checked on the processing and it is showing that it failed because it is not a valid video file. The most common cause of this is that you upload a project file from your video software rather than a video file. Make sure your video file is a common video format such as MPG, AVI, WMV, MP4 or MOV.

Video favorites are back. Just go to Videos or Lessons and you will now see a link that says "+Favorites", I think you can figure it out from there https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

@Tarah – We have moved towards a much more facebook type approach in comments, which means that yes you will recieve notifications for anyone who comments on a comment thread you have participated in. However in the next day or so I will have implemented a stop following link that will allow you to opt out of recieving additional comment notifications.

@amy – you can't just turn off replies for the forum. There is a little box on your edit profile page that will allow you to recieve emails again if you check it. We will have links in place to unsubscribe from individual topics soon.
