Generally this is caused by a faulty plugin or malware in your browser. You can test this by downloading and installing a new browser such as google chrome or firefox. Chrome can be found at http://www.google.com/chrome and firefox can be found at http://www.firefox.com

When you buy a year of lessons your membership starts immediately after you purchase and runs for 365 days after the purchase date. So if you purchased today you subscription would end on July 11th 2013

To order a pole you simply click on the FREE Shipping link on the right side of the site. We do ship to APO addresses but generally we will have to ask for between ten and twenty dollars extra to ship to APO addresses as FedEx can't ship there.
The other consideration is that it takes between 5 and 8 weeks to arrive at international APO addresses so if you are coming back to the states soon you may want to wait to order.

Wlmp is a project file. It tells your computer how to build the video but doesn’t include any video data for the site to compress and turn into a web video. You’ll need to open up your wlmp file and export it to a video format such as avi, wmv or mov.
As far as size, the upload limit is fairly large you probably will never have a video that is too big.

If you have an iPhone or Android you can download an app called Shazam at http://www.shazam.com . Let it listen to a few seconds of any song and it'll usually identify it.

@CapFeb – Technically, spins are performed on a static pole. Veena's lessons cover spins from beginner to advanced that all use a static pole. Veena also has spinning pole holds in her lessons, I would recomend getting the lessons and taking a look at that to increase your repertoire.
