Oh Yeah and a REMIX Strip…or UN STRIP as I like to call it…
I am going to try to do one for the floor challenge…you start in next to nothing and get dressed instead of stripping lol

I always loved blind folded (of course you need someone around to make sure you don’t walk/crawl into things lol) and hands tied together is always fun…both REALLY make you move in different ways https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I think it’s hard to view our parents as whole beings who have lives outside of us lol…but hopefully they can see what a cool, fit, special mom they have and be supportive towards your choices.

Makes me realize how lucky I am – my Mom thinks its cool. My Mom is pretty cool but sometimes it’s a little disconcerting…like when she saw my pin up photo’s in the guest bath and said to my husband and I "that’s cool…very sexy and tasteful – maybe I could do that – honey can you set up a session" UGGGG my husbands head snapped up SO fast from his book LOL – I don’t think he needed a picture in his head of my mom in a corset and a g string LOL…your parents aren’t supposed to be sexual…obviously we know they are – but blech call me a prude but I don’t really a visual…
And I think that lots of parents probably feel the same way about their babies. For the Father’s it’s the thought of their daughters being watched by men the way they they might watch other women pole dancing and for the Mom’s it’s the loss of their baby girl…they are women now. Just my theory at least https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
Yet my Mom is quite impressed that *at my age* I can still flip upside down and stuff and that’s pretty cool of her. She did however point out that "Honey – if you can do this NOW* WHY did you suck at bars so much as a gymnast???" She didn’t actually say suck…but I know that’s what she meant lol.
She’s right I did! I HATED bars with a passion…honestly if I could have worn cute ruffle butts during bars I might have liked it a tiny bit more… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I have my routine where I moisturise daily. My pole classes tend to be early evenings which by then the moisturiser has soaked up, though I’m more concerned with when you’re performing any floor work, the unslightly dry patches on the knees creep up not a very pretty sight! But I guess its something I will have to deal with.
Thanks for all your replies though x
seriously right before you perform a quick wipe down with water will hold the ashy-ness off for long enough to dance https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Maybe it’s sad, but…. I’ve stared this thread down and read it almost every single day when it was posted, I’ve seen what everyone else has said, I think it’s a great idea, and I’m in the best shape of my life, but I still can’t think of anything to put here. There’s nothing about me or my body that I love enough to state it that way. You girls are lucky to even be able to find something, lucky that you think of yourselves that way.
Maybe someday.
Romance, I’ll say having just looked at your profile pictures you have Plenty to love…. you have a beautiful smile, big blue eyes, a great body that holds a pole sit long enough to take a picture… that’s something to love!Seriously Ploedanceromance you have a body most would kill for and a sparkling smile that screams sexy – kind – fun – and approachable – NOT an easy combination to pull off I might add https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

The purple outfit they made for me at pole superstars, all it was is a purple victorias secret bra with stones glued on it, i had to double stick tape it everywhere cause for inverted moves NOTHING was holding back https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
I also am an artist and do painting and designing, so I can design the clothes and i have lots of ideas, I just cant sew or get though how to fabricate the ideas.
I was thinking a combo of clothes from this site
http://www.dancewearsolutions.com
but fit for the poleoh my GOD!!! I have been looking for fringed hot pants for the longest time and this web site has them – HOT!!!
YAY!!!! Thanks

Now I know that oil and moisturisers are a big no no for pole dancing for obvious reasons. However being a woman of colour coco butter is a necessity for me! I would eventually like to be able to "perform" in front of friends but it’s not very sexy when you have ashy knees and patches of dry skin on your body!
Any tips??
yup…I feel your pain https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif If you figure it out please let me know lol…honestly I just wipe down my knees and elbows with some water before hand to kill the ash and then lotion up the moment I am off the pole.
