Yeah…I totally get what everyone is saying…I just think I might have a trickier family/work situation then most lol…which is actually kinda funny since my Mom knows I pole and thinks its cool – my family doesn’t actually really care – they are highly supportive of whatever I do however there are other work/family issues that I have to deal with which might be out of the normal scope of most peoples privacy issues…I’m sure none of this really makes much sense, needless to say I am hyper aware of it as of late and I guess I just need to figure out a way to find some sort of happy medium – I’m just not sure what that happy medium is or how to find it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

yes…I only have a few pole friends on FB and they know that work people are on my page (with linited access) and that FB is to catch up with me in the real world…with limited VERY limited pole talk…PM me if you have pole stuff lol…also my pictures on FB are limited access…I got rid of Myspace years ago as I am too old and never used it anyhow lol. My youtube doesn’t actually have anything of me…

I would…it’s just the shipping that is an issue…or rather the box LOL which of course I tossed once I had the pole in my house…so it’s just really an issue of figuring out how to actually get another box to ship it…
I guess I could see if one of those mail box stores could pack it up???

I don’t know Luvlee…they might work well for smaller breasts because I have a natural C cup and they don’t work for me at all https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mad.gif I have 2 really cute rompers…and they look cute on…unless of course I have to actually move in them…my breasts are just too big for them…and they are not huge breasts…only a C cup…they just don’t *stay in them*.
I can’t dance in the romper with being afraid of a malfunction…can’t invert – it was a waste of money for me. Not sure rompers work so well with larger natural breasts.

booze yup…diet killer…I don’t drink that much boooze – but the thing that knocks me off track is – no lie – iced tea…the sweet kind…seriously between that and my lattes…once I gave them up and a swear dropped 10 pounds in 3 weeks without doing anything else…just iced tea’s and lattes – the two items I can’t seem to give up for good – I hate that https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
Latte’s are really bad…the average one has about 700 useless calories in a small one!!

I have been limiting myself to 2 Starbucks Tall (which is actually the small size) Caramel Macchiato’s – skim with 140 calories each a day I actually had to go to the web site to figure out which was the least painful calorie wise… The Skim Tall White Chocolate Mocha I LOVE and used to drink all the time was 330 and that was the small with skim milk!!! At 2 a day that’s WAY too much…I hope my change in coffee drinks on top of cutting out all iced teas/lemonade during the day and just drinking water will net me a 10 pound loss over the next month or so. The sad thing is I was probable drinking at least an extra 1250 calories or so a day -so it probably will – what a waste https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Definitely see your doctor but low blood sugar could be a cause as well especially if you are not eating until the end of the day…try eating breakfast and lunch regularly to see if this helps.

wasn’t cheap lol 245.00 plus 40.00 shipping but honestly it was so well made…my friend has one and I really wanted something that had some serious *pad* to it…it’s like a good gymnastics pad that it was worth it.
I can walk in shoes on it but I didn’t really care if I couldn’t *dance* per say on it becuase I really got it to save my butt or head if I fell. Very pleased with it!

I had both at the same time https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif…after a hysterectomy for massive fibroids…LOVED IT…so glad I did it as I was already going to have the same cut from the hysterectomy it seemed like a no brainer. With the amount and size of fibroids I had I would have been way too stretched out after without it – it was my little present to my self after years of massive pain – however if you are planning to have kids you should hold off on the tummy tuck it would be a huge waste of money and unnecessary pain. You could however do lipo. Hey Glitter do you drink beer or alcohol at all? If you do – really cut back on that as well. Also Pilates will really help toning up your stomach muscles but it won’t remove a layer of fat if it’s there…just strengthen your core.

a woman at my studio did just that Veena! I haven’t seen her around lately but she made the cutest thin knee pads in cool heavy lycra in a whole bunch of fun colors with thin gel pads inside and she had some grippy rubber on the back and sides…they were really great and I left all 4 pairs I bought at the studio https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif (Amy I left one pair in NYC when I came out there last lol…wonder if they are still in the studio – what was that 2 years ago?)
