I’m old so I don’t know what people are calling moves these days lol. However, in my world its a variation of the Aerial pole split https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4cd406bc-c6c4-42e6-a13d-1d370ac37250….just bend the bottom leg 🙂

As long as you follow the rest days for both it would be fine. The flexy program isn’t just about stretching it includes strength work as well so make sure you have enough rest days. Since this isn’t your first time around just listen to your body and you should be fine!

That new white mount looks great!
I really suggest buying a mount Strangefox…..I LOVE mine (I’ve got 3 at home and have bought them for places I like to dance at too) lol I use them all the time even though we rent our homes. It’s really not a big deal to fill the holes when you leave and it makes taking down and setting up so fast!

I never got calluses with my SV powder coated pole and yet my grip was great, it was like magic some how! I get really bad ones using my grippy brass and very light ones using chrome or TG. I try and keep lotion on my hands as much as possible after poling of course.

Not stupid questions! You can share either a photo or video because it’s just a pose I’m looking for…if it were a full combo then video is needed but this time is just a single move. Video’s are the most fun to watch tho! I make a post as an example the day BEFORE, then everyone else posts after, it can be the next day or later.
The biggest thing to remember is ALWAYS use the hashtag #veenaxmasdays this insures you get counted for the prize drawings and to qualify you have to also follow and then tag myself @studioveena, @eco.glitter.fun and @kupmykakez in every post too!
