  Scorpio Handstand Dismount

  Hey guys, I think there was a thread about this not too long ago, I tried searching but I can’t find it!

  Can anyone help me out. Or give me any tips or fun ways to get out of a scorpio handstand on static!

  Have you tried the spin out I show in the lesson? I know I’ve done a few different options before too like pike to superman for example.

  Thanks Veena! Yeah the pike to superman wasn’t really working for me…. But that spin out is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. 💕
