If you’re working forearms hard, try 10 minute or more even. Foam rolling or using a tennis ball can really help. Also make sure you’re not conditioning sessions for the forearms aren’t too close together. They need time to recover just like other muscles. 🙂
-
Are you doing stretches or foam rolling specifically for the forearms after? This can make a huge difference.

Maybe look into a Lil Myxn pole they are very fast to put up and take down and they’re easy to use as well.
-
Hmmm, I wish I could help. Hopefully xpole can offer a solution!

They’ve changed shipping boxes over the years, but it’s doesn’t come in a small box that’s for sure! Just tell your boyfriend you are more comfortable working on pole alone.

Thanks for letting us know, guessing there’s a bug. 🕷

The schedule looks good, not sure how long you’ve been working out so if you are just getting into it then I might be a bit much. If you’ve been training pole or other strength based stuff then it should be fine. I use to lift 6 days a week and find now I see the same results (if not better) doing 1-3 strength days. Cardio can be done daily, that would include simply walking, doesn’t mean going at your max.
Any who, I would give it a try and see if you feel energetic or run down, if you feel good keep at it, if you feel like napping a lot, you might need to either check your diet or add more rest. You could do the take off and see if it works or try any of the other program too, they all focus on strength building and since you’ll be doing other strength training if you need to skip a day thanks no big deal.

What’s your overall goal? 😊

So I had another idea for covering your heels! This time I wanted to do heel slides and such without scratching my floor or my heels. I came up with the idea to use fabric or craft felt! I used a furry type of fabric to cover just the lower half of my OLD heels, this way I don’t scuff up my good ones and I won’t scratch up my floors either. I did a scope while working on them if you want to see. The idea is pretty much the same as the video for the shiny heels but I had to trace then cut out the fabric instead of using an craft knife. Anyway, I hope someone finds this helpful!!

Sorry! I forgot to update it so everyone could see the new categories! Both flow (not complete yet) and caterpillar are there too

You’ll find individual sections for EACH nailed it, program! This should make using the programs easier.
-
You will now find there’s a section for each program, this will make finding programs quicker. Webmaster will be working on holding the lessons don’t have to remember what day you last did.
-
It’s in the nailed it. I think I just forgot to move day four down!

A stronger invert it the cleanest way to get the knee pit grip you’re looking for. You could try using the Invert program here! https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/574d064b-b39c-4d95-9d2e-0010ac110006
Solid side pole holds are key for helping you control the invert allowing you to V, gemini or whatever you want.

I wore socks for bare feet when dancing on carpet. If you have grippy rubber bottoms on your heels you can tape them up with duct tape or clear packing tape and they will not stick.

You’re too cute! I hope it’s better now. I only use that spray in the on really cold poles in really cool climates. I find that the mix of mighty grip and drew point works well for performance and it comes off MUCH easier!
