pole-twista so far the schedule is just Fridays and I pop in and out all day. 2-4 my time being the busiest. The times are a bit hard to say because I have to work around Henrys schedule. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif He is getting more and more regular so I should be able to give more specific times soon. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif

Nothing is wrong….all you need to do is tighten up the 2 screws on the very bottom of the pole, with your little allen wrench (the L shaped thing in your x pole kit). The little screws change it from static to spinning and if they’re not tight the pole will move like that. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

To avoid a fall, try practicing from a elbow stand then hand stand then finally thigh hold or from the pencil mount. Practicing it from the first two will get your body use to the position, and when you do try it from the thigh hold Joni is right be ready for a bit of a drop so hold on tight https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif

I can’t help you much as far as what to tell your boys other than going with the whole idea of how cutting edge this form of exercise is. My boys, they are all much younger, only think of it as something I use for exercise. They don’t see it any differently then my home gym or exercise ball. lol They also know not to touch it unless they ask me first…or else https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif
As far as what to teach. Hmmm I would say start with spins or holds, moves that take a lot of strength like climbing the pole. Nothing that would make them feel to pretty. Here is an example of a male pole dancer. One thing to note: he is using a his pole in spin mode. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif

From webmaster…
As many of you may have noticed, we recently experienced a site outage. We have fixed the site and put safeguards in place so that this doesn’t happen again. The majority of the problem will be noticed in the Forum section where we lost all our information, PLEASE help us rebuild this section. It will still take a couple days to get all the pieces back in place and working but the majority is there. Membership information has been restored, photos are back and of course our videos are up and running. Should you notice any problems with the site please don’t hesitate to contact me and let me know so they can be resolved as soon as possible.
Thank-you everybody for your patience and happy poling!!!
