Try a healthy smoothy.You encouraged me to go get mine. Thanks everyone for the advice. I went last night to get it done. I have been wanting it for 3 years now and always chickened out. Yesterday was the day for mme to do it and I did it. I’m proud of myself. The only down fall is eating. Some of the most successful people in the world didn’t have a collage degree, they became a success because they had a passion and found a way to make it work for them. Just something to think about.

Yeah, some moves will require more strength from a taller dancer, like the flag, ect. The greats like Jenyne, Felix and Jamilla are all really short, BUT Taller girls can dance too!!!! I’m about 5’8" and the lovely Fluer is 5’10" right? and she dances beautifully, she is the USPDF west cost champ!! Have you all tried choosing, the High, Medium, or Low options on the videos??? They are just buttons you click on changing the quality for you if your computer can’t handle high resolution video. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif
