You CAN purchase one from us…..you will just have to wait until Canada receives their shipment. The Xsport has the smaller plate…that pole doesn’t spin

WebmasterALSO the 19th, Friday night, Chris and I would like to invite anyone that is around to come have dinner with us. We will have a van so if you would like for us to pick you up we would be happy to!! Then after dinner we will be heading off the some of the strip clubs. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_safesex.gif. Again we can drive up to 5 people.
20th Noon is the pole jam, and if anyone needs a ride Chris and I will gladly pick you up along the way. So just let us know. I will post some ideas for snacks soon and if anyone would like to volunteer to pick up any of the items let me know.

Yes, we still sell to Canada…BUT not the new poles yet…. A FEW of the old poles style x poles MIGHT still available in Canada….and we can still sell those….IF THE ARE IN STOCK…..everything will be back to normal when the Canadian warehouse receives their new X poles too!! Yes you could go all the way over https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif not likely because the fear is usually what keeps us from even getting all the way up!! But it could happen. I would suggest finding someone you trust to spot you…then you’ll have a better feel for where you should end up. If you don’t have an instructor to help, show the spotter the move then have them hold you at the hip/waist level, make sure their not to the side of you…or you’ll kick them!!! For a lot of dancers the move kinda clicks once you have that feel for where you should end up. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif
Oh and for Handstands…..be sure you tuck your head under, chin to chest, so if you do go all the way over you wont injure yourself. USE A MAT.
