Soooo easy to take down and fast to put up, even faster if you have the new model. I still have to climb mine to tighten it but the new ones you adjust from below! Go with Brass (x pole does not have brass yet) or Titanium Gold These finishes have the best grip when cold so its great for photoes. I find that 45mm will make holding a pose long easier, but not everyone likes a smaller pole so that is a tough one. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

LOL JB that's too funny!! I hadn't even seen this post till now! The challenge is more about feet only and using them to express the song. A shoe montage would be cool too. I have a lot of shoes I didn't get to use in my Foot Challenge! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

Hmmm. Have you tried grabbing around to the pole on different areas of the thigh. Higher, lower? I find its less painful if I do it from the half hip hold, have you tried that? This position gets the torso up nice and high and the hip tucked nicely into the pole.

There have been members who watch the lessons and then later go back and work on them. I break it down so you can even make notes if you want. They are not like dvds where you have to try and follow along. I show a number of ways to get into these trouble moves, Sounds like there are just a few key things your missing that would allow you to master this moves.

Thanks for posting the vids Peter! I used itac when I poled outside the other day….it worked great! I find that if I apply just a touch (not too much) to my hands it works best for me. I had great results using it this winter on my "knee pits" When my pole room was cold!https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

HI WELCOME TO THE SITE!

Use the arms/hands to keep the weight off the shoulder, by pulling against the pole. for a shoulder slide you don't have to be pressing the shoulder into the pole like you would in a shoulder mount.

I'm thinking of you two!! xoxo

Imagine a consent flow of movement, It takes practice like all things so just keep at it.

Runemist….Not sure if you taking the lessons right now but the beginner routine is a good one for idea's on what to do with the hands. Its nice too because its not a sexy routine so it has movement that is appropriate of anytime and place. Like showing your mom. LOL

Here's the short free version on YT, this does not break the movement down, like the lesson version, but you'll get the idea http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GoiX0lvguE
