The longer rollers can be more versatile, you can use them for exercising as well as stretching, but if you would like to take it with and plan on using it for just stretching, a small one would be fine! I like this one, http://amzn.to/iYqzP8

@ Madfelic. That usually means the pole is too tight. If you over tighten it will slow the spin mode down,

Yes roxi 🙂 you will most likely need 2 more of the biggest extensions . If you don’t need the vaulted mount I would think the block would work fine.

Yes Roxi it the Xpole vaulted ceiling adaptor. I use 4 of the tallest extensions and the tallest of the small extentions. I can't remember the exact sizes off hand. 🙂

Pavi…just be sure you don't take the legs all the way off the pole!!!! Keep them wrapped lightly and slide them up. Here is a lesson with a better break down of this move. I'll also show you how to work on multiple climbs on a short pole.

AND I should add….the Xpole Titanium Gold finish pole is just as stable as the other poles, because its just a finish they put on. TG is NOT Brass.

Gin… Platinum stages does not have a (TG) Titanium gold finish only X pole. Platinum Stages makes Brass poles and yes brass is a softer metal.
