The longer rollers can be more versatile, you can use them for exercising as well as stretching, but if you would like to take it with and plan on using it for just stretching, a small one would be fine! I like this one, http://amzn.to/iYqzP8

@ Madfelic. That usually means the pole is too tight. If you over tighten it will slow the spin mode down,

Pavi…just be sure you don't take the legs all the way off the pole!!!! Keep them wrapped lightly and slide them up. Here is a lesson with a better break down of this move. I'll also show you how to work on multiple climbs on a short pole.
