This answer was assuming you purchased the app and not on the phone from the website. If that’s the case use the contact link for help. Also make sure your using the correct email address. Sometimes people forget which one they used.

In order to access the lessons on the website you need to purchase here on the website.
Buying the app just gives you access to the app, hence the low price.
Buying here on the website also gives you access to the app and here you also have the ability to leave a comment for me on any lesson if you need help. 😊

We all have flaws, but I hope it doesn’t stop you from enjoying pole! The leggings were soooo expensive I wish I had been able to try them on first. I decided to just keep them for trying new tricks or hula hooping on my legs when its cold.
-
Yes I have a pair….they are very grippy, however the brand I bought doesn’t fit me well. They have stirrups for the feet and my legs are too long so they are too tight if I stand flat footed. I can get away with always pointing my feet but they still dig in pretty bad. Without the stirrups they pull up when I climb and dance. A more frustrating issue is that the butt doesn’t stay in place so my crack hangs out (a lot) as soon a I bend over. They work great as far as grip, but just not the right fit for me. They would work ok for doing tricks, but doing a dance in them is just not comfortable with all the constant adjusting I need to do…

You’ll find spinning pole options at the end of every static spinning lesson. There’s also a section of spinning pole in the BONUS POLE LESSON category. These lessons are at the end and cover many of the basics for spinning pole. Here’s the first spinning pole lesson in the bonus section https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5498b78b-1da0-4b34-93a8-78920a9aa0eb

I’ve had lower ceiling before and it’s doable and has led me to get creative with low pole moves and floor stuff!

Since your body is use the the demands of exercise I’d say do your pole practice on the same day as one of your gym days. If you have the opportunity doing pole right after strength work can make you feel like superman! I’m talking right after, not drive home eat then pole. Otherwise do it with hours of time between gym and pole. The most important thing to keep will be rest days!!
If you’re looking for structured programs for pole my 30 day take off is great, the invert program would be good too if you already know the basics of pole.
-
Working on it every other day is a good plan 🙂
-
Here’s the list. I think most are found in the BONUS POLE LESSON section.
💓Day 1 Tick Tock Leg Pole sit and Body wave
💓Day 2 Floor side sit up with or without the invert
💓Day 3 Back hook to Low V Flow
💓Day 4 Scissor legs floor transition
💓Day 5 Spin down sneaky V
💓Day 6 Crucifix to Back hook
💓Day 7 Standing Russian Split spin down combo
💓Day 8 Half Jade to Reverse V invert
💓Day 9 Back hook V to Drop Split
💓Day 10 Standing lift into Basic Butterfly

You can download the app and use that too if you already pay on the site.
-
If you pay only for the app it’s access to the app ONLY. However, if you purchase the lessons on the website you ALSO have access to the app.

15 to 20 reps 2 to 4 sets….if you can’t do at least 12 with good form go lighter on the weight ðŸ˜

Sorry I missed this! I have a ton of more in depth training coming I wish it was ready to release!! For now I’ll tell you this….Shoulders are my week point along with wrists so I’ve done a lot of studying and training this past year and I sure can tell the difference!
Quick suggestions for now, make sure you’re avoiding the whole shoulders back and down when reaching far overhead…it’s a good cue when arms are at shoulder height or lower, but you need to let the scapula move fully up, making the space between the shoulder and ear smaller, not bigger, to avoid any pinching in the shoulder capsule. This positioning is best when doing moves like downward dog and handstands too!
I will make a quick video with my favorite exercise for shoulders and post it here sometime this week. You’ll want a very light exercise band and your pole or door.

Walking is something that is easy to do and make time for. If you struggle to maintain a workout schedule it’s a good way to create a habit!

I don’t compete but whenever I perform at a new venue and I think it might be cold I bring Cramer firm grip…it makes me stick like glue. https://www.amazon.com/Anti-Slip-Enhancer-Activities-Gymnastics-Enhancing/dp/B01KTLRNJU I pretty much always assume any pole that isn’t mine will have awful grip lol

Not all brass feel the same, I find my brass platinum stages has more grip than my brass xpole. Any grippy pole will be rough on hands for static spins. I’m a static lover and as far as hands go, powder coated is better on my hands than brass….but I love the overall grip of PS brass!
-
I still do spins on static. I will say that Powder coated and brass are finishes where I need grip aid the least. I love my Platinum stages brass finish so much!
-
Just click the link not the video player…not sure why YT players don’t always work. I had the same issues with grip until I started using that combo.

I’ve used gloves by mighty grip once and found it didn’t work for me, only because they didn’t stay in place well enough. Dry hands might help enough under the gloves, it’s worth a try. Just make sure you get the right size glove!
