I know the truth, and anyone who knows me, knows I would have no reason to be as underhanded as whoever this is.
I simply did what I was asked to do, test and compare side by side, this was Platinum Stages idea. I could careless what pole anyone danced on, dance on a tree for all I care.

These are both common and the leg throwing is a bit old school in my opinion. Both of these can easily cause injury. However, there are ways to do assisted or partner stretching safely, but for most of us, it's not necessary. If your ever uncomfortable with what an instructor does, you always have to listen to your body, there is nothing wrong with sitting an exercise out.

Sounds like your pole may be too tight.

No other exercise whipped me back into shape like pole dance.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif Be sure you're taking time to focus on the core (abs AND back). After hauling around our baby belly, we tend to have poor posture. I had mid back pain until I got serious about conditioning my core. Feeding and carring baby tend to make us a bit hunchy too. LOL

Let's not beat a dead horse! I personally cannot support a company who encourages this behavior. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif

Then you can put them on your bag, shirt, scarf, hat whatever you like. I love the bracelets idea too!!

All great advice, also make sure your pole and body are both warm. If you try the Crucifix with cold legs, and cold pole you'll slide. Good luck to you I'm sure you'll get it! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Almost anything you do from a CAR release you can do from a CKR…. so for those who don't feel comfortable with the CAR, don't worry that you'll be missing out on anything by not using that move. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
