I made a video with some tips that work for me. I suggest starting with a clean pole, I use stream to clean my poles. https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/52ab9aba-a310-41ab-83d6-636d0a9aa0eb

You might be able to Velcro them some how so they stay. I thought about making mats too but I found foam to be very spendy!

That’s a fantastic name for it!!! haha Everyone has great tips. I don’t have much to add, just keep at it. I will said that doing a cartwheel, (head goes forward and down) is usually easier to master straight legs then the handspring, (head back and down)!

Everyone has great advice! In addition to magnesium and potassium I’ve been told calcium is helpful for those who suffer from muscle cramps. Staying hydrated is super important too. I agree that it could just be your muscles working so hard that they cramp.

Over all my power coated pole has a more consistent grip, however if my room is cold then even my pc, can be an issue. Not as bad as metal finish poles but still not amazing in the very cold weather. I have a video I’m uploading right now that might give you a solution to your cold pole problems!!!

It’s the number of times you do each exercise in a row. So you would perform 9 Knee tucks in a row then move on to the next exercise.

You are not alone! I have the same issues with chrome and even Titanium and brass in the cold weather. I step away for a minute and then my body has cooled enough that I can’t grip. I’ve been using my Brass x pole this week and started mixing Dew point with Mighty grip on top. I can now grip the pole cold! However, I haven’t tried it on my chrome or titanium. On the brass it works amazing! Next time I dance I’ll put my chrome up and give it a try!!

Nothing wrong with some cheeks!! 🍑 lol I get that some like modesty but would personally love to see more of society less offended by sexuality.

Jacquespinz, being that you do other physical activity sounds like 2 times a week is a good fit! To change things up a bit you could replace the Pole Strength Routine, with the Shoulders and abs routine one day and the Chest and Back the next time you do your pole workout! So you can rotate through those workouts!
