You don't have to use a pole…feel free to chair, hoop, use silks or even just dance around for this one. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Descalzada…I like your idea! Maybe we could do a challenge where you can choose whatever song…but you have to write 3 things you LIKE about your video/self in the description!

You should not do any ab work lying on your back after the first trimester also ab work should be avoided if you have abdominal separation.
After the first trimester I avoided climbs, inverts and learning new moves. I did not have problems with relaxin (hormons) causing my body to be come too loosey goosey so I was still able to perform spins throughout my pregnancy, but modified them to lessen abdominal stress. Spins can be a problem for some who does have relaxin issues. Women who lift weights/strength train or have been pole dancing for a good while tend to not have relaxin issues, because their strength can help compensate for the "looser" joints. Stick with working on dance and self expression…..always talk with your Dr or midwife about the exercise you choose to do.

Hi guys! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif I have about 350 lessons…..Here is a few free samples of the lessons
Pole sit https://www.studioveena.com/user_registrations/example_view/18f0621c-b91f-11df-856f-001b214581be
Butterfly https://www.studioveena.com/user_registrations/example_view/4cd0054b-9630-42dd-9748-057f0ac37250
and here is a look at the one of the dance routines: Beginner- This only shows the dance not the full instructions. https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/0fb1598c-b90a-11df-856f-001b214581be
All lessons are in order so all you have to do is start from the beginning, no guessing what move should come next. The stretching and conditioning are set up that way as well https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

I have both and I prefer my 45mm If you have access to both its great to work on all kinds but if you can only have one option I say go with the 45mm. I feel the smaller diameter is better for the hands, wrist, forearms…easier on the joints. Smaller comps tend to use 50s but the larger ones are leaning towards smaller 45mm poles. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I get emails from ACE with info on workshops in my area. I can't remember why or how I started getting them! lol
