I use my phone and iPad a LOT. For the lessons I use a far more ‘fancy’ canon camera. If you have a video capable phone it’s super easy to upload to the site directly from your phone or tablet.

I feel the most important thing is to at least TRY every new move on BOTH sides, just because you feel you have a stronger or more flexible side doesn’t mean you should only work with that side, you may surprise yourself when it comes to what feel more comfortable, if you try both sides! Once you get into more advanced work, still try both sides but then stay with the side the feel most comfortable.

I don’t think I ever said it can’t be done on a 50? I was stating that indeed a smaller pole can help if you don’t have super amazing flexiblity. The tiniest bit of increased distance on a larger diameter can create a challenge😉

I like Mika and Target, bikini tops work well too if you have a smaller chest.

Do not kick or jump into inverts and be sure that you have a solid side pole hold and a good understanding of how the scapula works. Please take a look at the Basic Invert lessons if you are taking them. Also this video will help you.

Yes, I worked on it from a scorpio, my suggestion is to use the skinniest pole possible! lol Mine is not great at all, I couldn’t let go, and I haven’t done this since, but this was the closest I’ve ever gotten. I was able to get this far because it was done on a 38 mm here in Vegas a few years back. https://www.studioveena.com/photos/view_photo/4ec82461-4484-40f0-aa16-566e0ac37250

There’s no correct side to invert on, you should be working on inverting on both sides 😊

Why are you not able to let go? Do you feel like you’re falling back, legs slipping, arms in the wrong position to release? A video would be helpful.
