Yes, following Keno on Instagram is great! You could also follow along with the Yoga Challenge here!
I see you have the lessons, so check out the Flowmotion stretching routine. It’s very relaxing and no warm up is needed. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5406a836-5984-4917-be8c-44900a9aa0eb
Also keep in mind that the best thing for improving flexibility is consistency and stretching properly. In addition to a yoga practice, try taking a look at the individual stretching lessons here, they will teach you how to hold the body properly and are very in-depth. 🙂

AdministratorNovember 11, 2014 at 10:04 am in reply to: November Yoga Challange #healingheartsI love instagram too, WAY more than FB, I like that I ONLY see who I choose to follow! However, I agree, hanging out here I feel far more connected to everyone. The interaction is great on SV and yes, just having someone acknowledge you can make your day. Besides working to create the best online pole curriculum, my other goal was to create a kind, and caring, space in this huge world of online hate and rudeness! I have often been a victim of online hate and I know how much it can hurt, I don’t want anyone to feel that way if I can help it! xoxoxo
I usually delete the Vegas promoters replies. lol

I have not tried Pole Sleeves. I would love to try the silicon xpole, we’ve been traveling so I’ve not had a chance yet! I’ve heard good things about the silicon x tho! I have seen many complains about the sleeve being difficult to remove.

Yes, crossing your ankles can help, also keep in mind that just like with Pole Sits and other Plank type moves you can tip one hip locking the legs into place. You’ll find more tips for this in the lessons. 🙂

AdministratorNovember 9, 2014 at 10:57 pm in reply to: November Yoga Challange #healingheartsI’m behind! The last 2 days I’ve been running around trying to get things out of boxes, with a focus on the kids rooms and kitchen so we can function again!
I’m grateful for my bath tub and sleep!! Keep up the good work everyone, and I would get into day 9 from cobra too!

Xpole requires no drilling and is a solid product. lil Mynx requires one screw in the ceiling and is also a great product. I have BOTH poles in my home and love them. Oh, and we have been renters in several homes and I’ve never had an issue with damage, due to a pole. Just be sure you install it correctly and you’re good to go!
For clothing if you google “side tie shorts” you’ll see all kinds of options. 🙂

For the cost maybe think about the silicon xpole?

So, I usually have oatmeal, with fruit and honey, and also an egg on an english muffin. Sometimes I have green tea as well. I can’t pole on an empty tummy!

That’s correct. Please know you can cancel at any time before the next billing and you will still have full access to lessons until the purchased amount of time is over. 😊

Massage is such a great thing and can be super helpful! When dealing with an injury, be sure that anytime you begin a work out you’ve warmed up a lot! in addition to that, it might be helpful to foam roll or use a tennis ball on the muscles around the shoulder. Don’t forget to stretch and strengthen!!! If you don’t see improvement see a DR.
