There are a few hold that can be used for Fan Legs. As a beginning poler make sure to use the Side Pole Hold. This will help you build strength and learn the muscle memory nessisary for inverts and othe more advanced pole work. Poleisnewtome….there are TONS of non pole lessons here. Some of the best things you can do at home are conditioning, none of these lessons require a pole. I’ve also got a bunch of Flexibility lessons, and routines along with a few other full length routines that do not require a pole.

Yes, it looks great! If you find you need more rest in between, try doing splits training on the same day as lower body. 🙂

This thread came to mind and I wanted to update everyone. For those who were craving content we have added a new section call QUICK LESSONS. I’ve been added to them almost everyday, and sometimes up to 2 new lessons a day!
