Hi! Day 5 isn’t very far into Poling at all 🙂 Rushing into moves that you are not ready for often result in injury because either the body isn’t physically ready, or you lack the technique and control needed to safely perform the move. Stay with the program, and once you have the basic’s down and you are looking for ways to connect moves check out the Routines section. You’ll find 30 mini routines that do not require any inverts! You can see what level these routines are in the description. Try working on any of the stretches, or floorwork and transitions listed in the beginner section. Keep in mind you should only be working on the splins listed in the Beginner section, not other spins yet!! Inter. spins should be done after strength and conditioning has been consistently done for a while.
