Swirly, If you haven’t had a chance yet to look at the spin lessons here, you’ll see I don’t use right and left, it’s confusing I think! Always try and train on BOTH sides, it’s really important to work both sides if pole is your only exercise. Otherwise you’ll have one big arm and you can end up with pains that come from muscle imbalance.

Let me know if you have any more questions! I can see by your star, you have had the lessons before, I’ve recently added some new sections Quick Lessons and Veena’s Tips along with the 30 days to flexy that you might want to check out! 🙂

There are no Challenges in the lessons. I do have a 30 take off program for pole, and a new 30 days to Flexy, a flexibility program in the lesson line up. When you sign up for lessons you have access to everything, programs, routines and all. Anything that is a “challenge” is free and posted publicly here and on my social media.
New members get 3 days of lesson access, you can also use the code GET3FREE anytime, but only once.

Day 9! â˜”ï¸ #svaprilabs – Scissor Climb! http://instagram.com/p/1OH6vypAXK/
It’s a new week, and another chance to win! Here’s the lesson https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/546b9c50-8074-489c-8c7f-359a0a9aa0eb
Keep in mind this is tough! Use the second variation to prep for the full climb, and the last if your new to pole. Keep the shoulders down before lifting and contract the abs, exhaling on the lift.
If using this as a strength builder, perform 1-3 sets of 2-10 reps. You may have to slide down the pole to continue reps if the pole is short!

I totally love my Gopro and use it indoors with no troubles. I know there are different kinds of GPs so the need for great light might be one of the older models or ones that are best for outside. I love mine! It’s a GoPro Hero 4, it’s the BEST solution if you dance in a small space and want to capture more of your room. 🙂

Are you using the 30 day take off program?

Day 8! â˜”ï¸ #svaprilabs – Tuck Invert! http://instagram.com/p/1LeSrHpAfY/
Please check out the lesson for great tips https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4cbc4b23-b534-4d1a-9978-3b990ac37250
You’ll see 3 options here, the first being beginner prep, knee tucks. Next, Tuck invert grabbing the pole with the legs sliding down to exit. Followed by the most challenging, tuck invert, with a CONTROLLED tuck exit back to the floor. I wanna see good form, no jerking down to exit 😉
If using these for strength building perform 1-2 sets 5-12 reps EACH side.
Bottoms by @kupmykakez!! Follow her and see who receives the first giveaway TOMORROW!
