Those you listed are short routines, with combos in them. I tend to refer to them as combos because I now have many long full length routines.
-
No the combos are not the routines that you saw years ago. As an instructor I find I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and learn from wherever I can.
-
Nilla, you’ve already gone through all of the 30 combos?

🙂 If you’re looking for more conditioning and strength work both with and without a pole check out the Routine section here. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/53f6cc3b-c388-4e68-928c-2c6a0a9aa0eb

Hi Welcome! Yep, everyone will progress differently. I came into pole strong from lifting weights, but then I had my 4th baby and after pregnancy I had to start over and the strength just wasn’t there. It came back though. 🙂 As long as your inverting properly and giving yourself time to rest you’ll do great!

The Melt has been added 😊

Btw, the Marion Amber lesson is on the way 😉

If you haven’t had the lessons since before I’ve uploaded the Marley, then you’ve also missed several new pole lessons, floorwork and the 30 combos and several strength and conditioning routines that are killer workouts.

Yes the code still works and no my lessons are not like all the others! They are structured, in order so you progress from move to move and you can ask me questions on any lesson any time and I’ll reply ASAP! Also I’ve got many routines and combos, both for pole work and strength and conditioning. 💜

It may not be like what you learned because I developed this myself over the past few years. I didn’t know there was something called flowmotion. lol

Darcit…You were doing doubles with your man right? Are you two still working together, because that’s pretty cool!

Many instructors use the lessons, and very successfully. They’re broken down in a way instructors can use and descriptions add extra insight, like muscles used and so on. There are far more than 2 advanced lessons on the way. 😠However, There are many ridiculously advanced Pro level, pole moves out there, far to much flexibility or the level of danger in executing is far to high for me to create lessons for. I want usuable, informative content.

Aw, I couldn’t have said it myself! This is why you’re the best business partner, you’re not too shabby as a husband either! 😜😘😘

The weight won’t be shifting only on the bottom hand. Continue working on a strong caterpillar and you’ll be able to remove the leg as you become stronger. Keep everything square until your balanced and secure. If you try to extend and turn the hips before you’re centered, you’ll have to fight falling to the side. This is often why those who use a Gemini entry tip over, they start off in a bit of a sideways, hips turned position and they forget to square the body. Exbutterfly takes a lot of strength so give yourself time. If you have the lessons here following in the order they’re presented will give you a good foundation for this move. 😊

If you don’t know the code it’s GET3FREE
-
Go to your account, by clicking your user name. Then enter the code 😊
-
Keep the butt up don’t let the body come back down, stay up in caterpillar then move to butterfly. 😊
-
Is your caterpillar strong? I like entering from a caterpillar because it allows you to square the hips and shoulders. Then the arms have most of the weight and you can turn the hips and release the leg into extended butterfly. Here is the lesson for it https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4d0f72c7-bb30-4035-8905-6a420ac37250

How are you entering into your butterfly? Also do you have the lessons?

Hahah, that’s pretty funny! I have a photo where my youngest made an fort or was it a car parking lot, on my xstage.
