    Hi welcome to the site!

    Increasing grip strength takes time, try adding in some strength exercises for hands, wrists and forearms.

    You’ll find a TON of information here. As a new member you’ll have 3 days of free access to the lessons so my suggestion is to start at the beginning because those lessons have a LOT of info for new dancers. If you like the lessons then you can continue by choosing a subscription plan that works for you!

    Yep they have an inner tubing that will rattle, when as Rune, said is struck or pushed a bit from the side, don’t be worried there’s nothing wrong. I was concerned the first time I used mine but it’s totally normal!

    I think elbow stand is ok, they don’t all have to be EASY, just beginner appropriate. We could add in Pole Hold….I will do some leg variations for it too, and maybe The Easy Up? To replace the carousel and chair spin?

    Let me see if I can record everything tomorrow if it doesn’t happen then, I think feb would be a good time. However, sexy moves might be a fun challenge for feb? 💕💋 I don’t know if others would be ok with sexy but I would do it. I’m thinking floor work and body rolls etc.

    I have an extremely busy Jan and Feb, as we have unexpected plans that will require me to be off pole for all of Jan. 🙁 However, I would love if you could add a #studioveena or #SV to the challenge. If I get a chance I will try and record the suggested list so I could be used a one of the references for “how to” on Instagram as well. I don’t know if I’ll have time, but I would let you know if I didn’t get everything recorded. I will post this to our FB page on feature it if you can add the # for me. xoxoxo

    Day 21! Handstands are something I really wasn’t sure I could ever do. I didn’t have fear of them, but my balance was poor and I’ve been working on them for a few years now. Every time I do them I’m greatful I didn’t give up!!

    Hi and welcome!!! I use to ride YEARS ago and always thought dressage was gorgeous! I only knew the basics and my horse was trained as a barrel racer soooo he didn’t like the English saddles at all! Lol
