Well….you need a push pull from both arms but the bottom (arm that is closest to the floor) is like the anchor that sets you up for a nice hold. The top arm is working hard as well but pulling instead off pushing. Working on handstands can help improve the muscle memory needed for inverted moves like this.

Yeah post a vid for us! I can tell you the majority of the weight is in the upper body and getting the hips overhesd is needed.

The finish was a bit more complex on the Veena pole nice and grippy! Unfortunate the pole has been discontinued. The spin mode and everything else what they same as the 45mm lik mynx rotator. The next best thing is a powder coated lil mynx 😊 xpole is a great pole as well. If you think you might move in the future an Xpole is a good option because you can easily change the height by ordering extension! They do not yet offer powder coated in the US tho. So if the PC grip is what you want then go with lil Mynx. We sell BOTH here 😊

I like https://www.lubriderm.com/products/advanced-therapy-lotion but I’m cheap and by the store brand from target! Anything that isn’t greasy will work, just applie the night before or several hours before poling

What brand is it? Do you have dry skin is it cold where you pole and have you warmed up before trying it?
