You can mess up the pole if it’s not on an even surface. You could look into getting the mount for it, that only requires a little bit of flat space and makes putting the pole up and down fast and easy.

Nice! I will be doing an Invert nailed it too. This month I’ve had 2 weeks of guests and now I’m in Las Vegas for a week so it might not be ready right away in May, but I hope so. It’s been a crazy busy month!

Hi! First I hope you figure out what’s going on with your hair loss, that must be stressful! To answer your question, a quality will will have hooks and an elastic band that will allow you to tighten the wig around your head. You can add Bobbie pins and such if you need to as well. 😊 I’ve dancing in wigs before and it’s not a problem as long as it’s a good quality wig and not too long lol

I’m so happy to hear that! Thank you for letting me know you like it so far! 💜 I truly believe pole doesn’t have to involve injury after injury.

I should’ve asked if you’re talking about deadlifting against the pole/wall or out in the open? If you want to do it against the pole that’s far less challenging! I was assuming you wanted to do it without support. Still challenging tho with the pole. First can you hold a handstand? A deadlift handstand is crazy hard and it not only requires balance but control, strength and flexibility. Unless you’ve been a gymnast in the past you should not expect to do a deadlift in a the first few tries! It may take months or years!!

It will focus on the basic invert but if you do the program you will gain strength and technique so it would help!

Remember when working on new stuff, there’s never a reason to go up high or not be using a mat so grab a mat and stay low. I hope you all are finding this program helpful!!

Yes, the 30 day program would be helpful when you’re ready. This is a video I made a few years back (it’s not related to SV) it’s great for getting back into working out after having been really ill. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NznyiEdLrDE

We’ve never sold lil mynx, lil mynx had created a pole for us, we only sold that one pole. The Studioveena pole has been discontinued because they we unable to continue with the special paint job. We have always been an xpole distributor but haven’t always had a link for the pole. I love and have both brands.
