Follow the advice in the lessons always try and work both sides, condition, stretch and rest. Foam rollers and tennis balls are our friends!

The pole is too tight if it catches when you spin it, creeking can also mean it’s too tight. I hope you got it worked out!

I haven’t tried the spray stuff for aerial or pole, guessing it would work for anything silks related but become slick on poles or other metal/powder coated finishes. So that’s a good idea! I haven’t found anything, so I try to limit my time in the sun while poling, hooping what have you or place my apparatus in the shade.
