Welcome to the site!! It’s different for everyone, however by the time you finish the program, most will have a solid pole hold. This will make spins safer because you’veyou’ve developed the strength to hold yourself up. The flow program isn’t super advanced so depending on how quickly you feel confident with the moves you might be ready after the take off!! Just remember that any progress is good progress and there’s lot of other things to work on too!💜

Yeah, not everyone will progress in the same way, there are different methods that work for different people but if you see sudden progress it probably isn’t LASTING. Lasting true flexibility takes time and consistency. Changing up how you stretch is helpful and how long you hold, the types of poses you use that’s all stuff to change up. Xpoles don’t require any drilling into floor or ceiling. Might be worth thinking about! I don’t have any suggestions for studios though, maybe someone else will!

Here are some things to check if you think you’re not making progress:
Have you written down, as in tracked your daily progress. This means writing out sets and reps and you can include notes on how you felt, tired, strong, sad, happy and so on. Taking photos and video also are extremely helpful. If you’re not tracking, then you really tend to forget how far you’ve come. Often people think they’ve done nothing but looking back tells the real story and it’s encouraging.
Don’t skip exercises unless you are physically unable, its painful in a way that is sharp, stabbing or sudden. Know that it’s normal to feel muscle burn and have them feel weak or shaky, that’s a good thing! It’s not expected that you’re able to do every exercise in the program fully or complete every set and rep. That’s why you track what you could do, then the next time aim for 1 or 2 more.
