i have blue rope lights in my pole room – not sure if they are led though. i got them at home depot or lowe's around christmas time. 😀

it is true what empyrean said about the plastic pressure tabs! i had a really hard time getting that piece to slide in place. i actually dropped the light at one point, and amazingly it did not break! i was so happy. i don't plan on taking my light down at all – just need to be careful doing my caterpillar climb, lol

thank you so much, piglet!! i actually figured this out last night! the trick was that you have to save the converted file in your "documents". saving it in your "music" does not work. and your way (putting the music files to be converted in the DVDvideosoft folder first) sounds a little easier than the way i found. welcome!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif pole dancing is great for self-esteem, i can't recommend it (and the lessons here) enough! as for your fears, just take it slow, and get a crash mat (if you can't afford to buy one, you can use a foam mattress topper). i have a vaulted ceiling, and a platinum stages extreme super pole (one piece, 10 feet). however, i can't recommend platinum stages because of all the problems people here have had with the customer service. nor can i recommend multi-piece x poles. lil mynx might be your best bet. 😀

i fell onto my back from a gemini to scorpio switch once but luckily was low enough on the pole not to get hurt. it sure got me into a bad mood, though. 🙁
