I have two poles and use them both. The silicone pole I use in the winter and the titanium grip in the summer. I will say that poling with taller ceilings is way different than lower ceilings. The pole gives/flexes quite a bit. If you feel you are going to use both rooms and poles its not a waste of money.

Hello I have natural hair that doesnt flip unless I straightened it but my last recital I wore these big feather earrings which added flippy movement. The other thing I do is wear wigs, tree braids, or crochet which allows for movement without damaging my hair with a lot of heat.

Try mixing a little matching paint if on light floors or light sanding and then a corrective pen

I use firm grip but only on the pole and not on my hands. I use dry hands for my hands or mighty grip. You can try gloves or mighty grip or a mixture of dry hands and gloves or mighty grip and gloves.

I understand both sides because if you teach new girls they always ask. So I am always up front about it. What I normally say is I have never been an exotic dancer no shade. I think a lot of people are closed minded and think to love pole dancing you need to be a stripper well anyone can love pole. I know when I first started to learn I had a new respect for strippers and realized how hard their job really was and how much thought and skill it took.
