My pole is in the living room and we have family pole time regularly. Poling has improved my 7 yr old sons fine motor skills, he had very weak pinky and ring fingers and could not right his name or color properly, since he started poling his Occupational therapist is releasing him from services because of the drastic improvement. Pole does a body good 🙂 As for sexy stuff I never get the opportunity to do any floorwork because I homeschool and kids are here all day with me. I wish I had some alone pole time but its not happening around here.

I don't know what I have but one workout wipes me out for days so it limits the amount I would like to be working out. I have Tachycardia and Irregular heart beat so even at rest I feel tired all the time, no Dr. has been able to figure out what is causing it or how to make it stop so I just take the good days when I can and accept the bad.

  • I started after I had my third and final pregnancy, I was really struggling with finding myself again as a sensual woman and not just a mom. I saw the Flirty Girl Fitness infomercial and ordered the program which lead me to youtubing more dance ideas and to StudioVeena videos which opened my eyes to how much more pole dancing could be. I was hooked and still am. It is never mundane I never dread  it like with other workouts, in fact I have more trouble with taking rests and days off because I love it so much. I wear my pole kisses proudly and it truly is an addiction only other pole dancers "get" my friends just do not understand how strong the pull is to always jump on anything resembling a pole lol. I love the naughty bits as well but just the exhiliration of nailing new and impressive moves is what keeps me going!

Also I just have to ask you how long you have had arthritis and if you eat gluten because I had debilitating arthritis in my hands, wrists and knees until I figured out I was gluten intolerant now its has been 3 weeks since I cut it out and I have not had a single flare up.

Yes polergirl that is exactly what I mean, My DH tells me all the time that he loves what he sees. I just wish it were easier to show that side of me. My skin flaws really kill my confidence when dancing. The more I think about it I think maybe its because of that. Dancing and putting my body and movements on display for him to take in with his eyes makes me think he might be thinking all of the negative things I am kwim? I hate it and I try so hard to squash the thoughts. He accepts me now I need too!

Thank you for the replies. I know it all comes down to feeling sexy with whatever moves we choose so we portray the confidence and sensuality to pull it off. My one dance for my SO was AWFUL I know because I was terrified and my breathing was louder than the music and I dont really understand why its so hard for me to dance for him but I am not shy anywhere else if you catch what I mean 😉 I know I just need to get out of my head and just move and feel sensual but it is so difficult and makes no sense to me.

Just want to add this is in no way meant to be offensive to anyone who does this move or any of the ones people contribute, I just think its interesting to see what we view as what we think are the moves men want to see and the ones they actually do. kwim? I dream of being a good dancer like everyone here that I see <3

The main one I see alot is that makes me wonder most is a floor work move that looks like a side ways donkey kick, it just reminds me of a dog peeing on a hydrant but bringing the leg in and out slowly I dont know but like I said I do not have a guy brain so maybe they think its sexy. Horrible description but its the best I know lol

I cant do facebook is there any other way to view her?

  • Do Pole ups and once your arms get strong enough to lift your body weight you can climb easier. Your skin will also become desensitized the more you do moves so the top of your feet will not hurt as bad. bruises aka pole kisses are just a part of pole Fitness. 🙂 Veenas lessons are great and have an order to them that help you progress at a level that is safe and crucial for proper form and technique. So you can be strong and have good solid moves.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_safesex.gif I had a free trial and its up today so I will be purchasing the lessons myself asap!

It was in addition to the cost of the gloves, the invoice lists the gloves and the powder but I only recieved the tiny bag of powder and not the bottle, I will try calling them again tomorrow to see what is up.

  • I can only speak for myself  but I have had 3 kids and with 1 and 2 I was able to get a flat firm tummy afterwards but with number three I had giant stretch marks and now I have poochy saggy skin where there marks are so I think if the skin is damaged by stretch marks then tummy tuck is the only option.

I have been thinking about this lately, because I cannot do a CKR bridge, I have a strong CKR but for some reason I cannot touch the pole to bridge. I feel a lot of pole moves are always going to be impossible because of it, but I keep trying!

exfoliate with lemon juice and sugar, then massage coconut oil and castor oil into my face and neck, either sit over a steaming hot pot of water or just apply a very hot towel and rinse. Skin feels heavenly!
