wow this thread just caught my eye. I’m so sorry to hear about the last of support from the husbands and boyfriends out there. Reminds me of my x boyfriend anything I was into was stupid and silly. I thank my lucky stars everyday that my man is my biggest fan, no matter what I’m doing.

charley you’ll be there friday night too won’t you? I’m so excited. I was bummed I couldn’t go to Pittsburgh when she was there, but my husband had bought me awesome seats to see wicked for mothers day and there wasn’t enough drive time to get back.

that is what I did too, and was thinking about a private on Sunday, but same thing I’m not sure if I will be able to move on sunday after Friday night and Saturday! I’ve actually been doing a lot of research on this right now for my home studio area, and what amy said is what I have found most company’s say, you can install over glued down carpet with a pile of less then 1/4 of an inch. Installing over a regular carpet or any carpet with pad is not recommended and will void the warranty. Armstrong does say it can be installed as stated above, carpet of less then 1/4 inch pile that is glued down with no pad. Although some installers won’t install over carpet period because they don’t want to be responsible if it doesn’t hold up.
Looks like we will be ripping up our carpet to put down laminate here at the house. I was sort of hoping to put it in over the short pile carpet we have but we do have a pad underneath, which means this will only be going in the pole area, because I think it is going to make my house too cold to do the whole living room. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif

Louisville, KY and if you haven’t figured it out I’m nymphadora (formerly brsflirt) from the other forum.
I would drive up friday in time for the Jam, do the whole series of classes on Sat, and was thinking maybe a private on sunday. See if my favorite piercer will do piercings on sunday for me come home from detroit hurting all over LOL!

clean eating fan here too, although with kids around we are not a 100% clean eating family. But try to limit the processed junk food we have.
I work out here at the house and at the gym when I can. Weekly pole class. Pole play whenever I can get it in.
My big nemesis is my schedule, i work overnight, and really don’t get the sleep I should which kills what little metabolism I have left.

I can relate to the brass thing. I go to a club that has a brass pole on it I’m superwoman! I can do all sorts of inverts and things, my spins are long and beautiful. I have this set and tease and routines and love them all. The only thing I don’t like about it is I got the art of pole series before it was pal on oneside and Ntsc on the other (my tease and routines 1 are double sided and it is great) which means I have to watch them on my computer or on my daughter cheap portable dvd (lol amazing that the el cheapo portable plays them) its not a huge problem and they are now double sided like tease and routines 1. I’m hoping since she titled it Routines 1 instead of just Routines that there might be more in the planning. I like seeing how she puts things together.
