Good to know it dries out!!! I have had mine a couple years too and I thought it seemed dryer. It is almost gone.

Good. Warm ups are very important. I like to skip them, but I notice I can not do as much and it hurts my body. I have started doing a fun dance warm up with the pole. I am going to have it perfected and on YT soon. Also, there is a good warm up in Veena has a good one in the lessons on here. Do you have any videos of you doing your invert? I will go look.

Also, you should not be doing HEAD stands but rather HAN stands or Elbo stands. Your head should NOT be touching. I just watched Veena's lesson for this.

I have been poling for 4 years and still kick up. I have core strength. The way they always seem to float up has always been black magic to me.

Just because there are old threads does not always mean people did not see them or even want to use them as their question may be a little different. rdgcleveland, what problems are you having? I would love to try and help the best I can.

I have been to 5 studios. Wow. I did not realize that. I have one I call home and that is Infinity Aerial in Columbus, OH. It is still over an hour away though. I do not get to goo regularly. I am one who pays and shows up for workshops at various studios here and there.

I was worried they would slip off due to them not having an ankle strap, but I hear they stay on quite tight. I am excited!!!! I love the teal stardusts! IDK if they are on this sight, but they are so pretty. They are 7 inches though. I am to amazon as it is to wear 7s.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

This is America and some people here look different, you see. We all were not made the same here. Odd concept. Pole ladies are just people too and I know plenty rude mean ones. The point is, you do not need that. None of us do. You are healthy if you can do what all you do! You excersise! More thsn half of Amwrica can say! We all get it though. I am very petite up top but very full on my bottom half. I have to get a M or L pole bottom and people have made comments about how I don't match u and my butt is taking over my videos and I will not wear certain shorts now. I personally feel my butt is getting a little out of controll and do not want that to be all ladies think when they see my videos. I do not take it personally. I think that commenting on your engagement pics like that was a slap for something. Like they meant to start it or wanted you to feel bad. I am sorry that people will do this stuff. But they do and it happens sll the time. We have to take it like a grain of salt and wonder WHY they feel a NEED to put us down. You know?

I mean really you guys I am 5 ft 6 and very long torso and the Allegra and yogi I hurt like a biotch at first. I have a scar from yogini and the Allegra hurts like my guts may come out every time. I think on those moves this is normal. Pole hurts. Both of those moves get better pain wise when you go ahead and extend them. I have had issues with ribs but one was 4 years ago due to inverting wrong and the other was from a fall I took right after my surgery. The Allegra is bad. I tell you the pain when I started it!! Bad. And still sometimes.

I am pretty sure but not positive, but I think it is the only removable pole. I have a 45mm and 50mm chrome xpole at my home. I am very dry and cold most of the time. My favorite products to help me when I pole are Itac 2 (which I actually put ON the pole) and Medium formula. Both are avaliable on Bad Kitty Exotic Wear.com.

I can fix candles. If the wick has issues or something like that. I mess with it untill it will burn correctly. I can fix tunneling candles as well. I had an ex that called me a candleologist. LOL!!!
